Great transportation and communication We used Paradise Hawaii Tours for transportation to and from Honolulu Airport plus to and from Pearl Harbour. We were a group of 11 so we hired them for private transport. Communication was great. Received emails as promised. Received texts with pictures of the vehicles and the driver each time as promised. Vehicles were very clean and comfortable. Drivers were early for every pickup and notified us when they arrived. We never had to wait. Alena did our pickup at the airport and had our Lei's. She welcomed each of us and put our Lei on us and offered to take our picture. She was very nice and professional. Ethan was our driver for Pearl Harbour. Again, very nice and professional. He was more than a half an hour early to pick us up from Pearl Harbour and we were actually done earlier than expected so we didn't have to wait to leave. We would highly recommend Paradise Hawaii Tours to everyone.

My driver to Honolulu Bay to catch my cruise was not only 15 minutes early but very knowledgeable of the area. 6 large pieces of luggage, an electric wheelchair and 3 adults fit comfortably in his nice Toyota Sienna. I would use this company and driver without any second thoughts.

The trip was amazing the driver picked us up at the airport loaded all the bags and even took some pictures for us the van was huge and clean we had plenty of room for our group and he also recommended some really great things to do while here (we did two of the things he recommended we didn’t have enough time for the other stuff) so I would definitely use them again when we go back to Hawaii and I pray that you give them a chance to take you around the island

This trip was to celebrate my mom's birthday so it was extra special. She loved flowers. Pick up was great, our driver was on time and took us directly to our hotel earlier than expected. The vehicle was clean and overall awesome.
